Woman apprehended with thumbprinted ballots (video)
A woman was apprehended with ballot papers already printed at a polling station during the Guber and State House elections on Saturday March 18 in Imo State.
The woman who is believed to be an INEC staff member could not say how she obtained the ballots. The video showed that the ballot papers bore the thumbprints of the various parties running in the election.
