Voters block INEC vehicle from reaching Khana LGA Rivers state polling station alleging most BVA machines have no SIM card or battery (video)
Voters in Khana LGA of Rivers State prevented an INEC vehicle from reaching the polling station, alleging that the BVAS machines intended to accredit voters and upload results to the online server of the INEC have neither SIM card nor battery.
In a video uploaded by a witness, people can be seen stopping the vehicle and verbally denigrating INEC officials.
