Political thugs disrupted the elections in Omege ward in Ezza North Local Government Area in Ebonyi State. Omege Ward is the voting unit of All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) gubernatorial candidate in the state, Professor Ifeanyi Bernard Odoh.

Confirming the incident, Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, Ebonyi State Police Command, SP Onome Onovwakpoyeya said the election materials were being returned to the relevant voting unit as the election would still take place there.
