Thugs march through the streets of Fadeyi chanting “If you don’t vote APC, don’t go out” (video)
A video of thugs warning voters in Fadeyi, Lagos not to leave their homes if they do not vote for the ruling APC party in the gubernatorial elections, has been shared online.
In one video, the thugs are seen walking together down an otherwise empty street while making their threats.
“If you don’t vote APC, don’t get out,” they warned.
It is the latest threat to voters from thugs supporting the APC, following a series of attacks on candidates from other parties and a particularly disturbing threat from MC Oluomo who warned Igbos to stay at home s would not vote for the APC.
Nigerian police spokesman Adejobi Olumuyiwa later said that Oluomo’s threat should be taken as a joke.
