Thugs hijacked and burned election materials for three wards in Ogbia 2 constituency in Bayelsa State.
Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) officials deployed in the constituency are already returning to Yenagoa as thugs rampage through the area.
At the time of tabling this report, it appears that there will be no election in Constituency 2 of Ogbia, as INEC officials are already returning to Yenagoa.
Residents have taken to Facebook to complain about election brutality used to disenfranchise voters.
