Proud father of 12, Nick Cannon says he regrets not having a baby with Christina Milian during their brief romance.

Nick Cannon has revealed his regrets for not having children with Christina Milian during their brief romance.

The Masked Singer host and actor dated the 41-year-old singer and actress for two years after they met on the set of 2003 film Love Don’t Cost a Thing and he admitted they had talked about the possibility of having a family but things never worked out.

Speaking to Shade Room in an interview shared on YouTube, the artist said, “If I say that, I know it’s going to go viral.”

He added: “But when Christina Milian and I were doing Love Don’t Cost a Thing, I remember when I found out she was pregnant [years later] …I was like, ‘Dang, man.’

The 42-year-old media personality then said he continues to support his former partner and his family.

“But I was so happy for her. I remember we [were] children in love very early, and so we talked about it. But to each his own. Life plans it. The universe gives it as it’s meant to be given,” he said.

Christina recalled learning that Nick had been unfaithful to her by hacking into her phone and being horrified by what she found.

She told E! News in 2019: ‘Next thing you know, I was reading [everything]. For, like, a month, I read messages.

She said: “It was unreal for this to happen. He lived with me. … It was just like, “Wait, under my roof is this happening?” It just blew me away. ‘

The Falling Inn Love actress – who has Violet, 12, with ex-husband The Dream, and Isaiah, three, and Kenna, 23 months, with boyfriend Matt Pokora – was filming in Romania at the time, she therefore had to wait before confronting Nick about what she had found.

She said: “I was like, ‘I can’t break it when I’m away. I have to break it in person, so in the meantime I’ll get my info, make sure it’s for real for real. ‘

Milian added: “And it was for real, so that was enough.” … I wanted to be able to see it in person, walk over it — not like it would change anything — but part of me was like, ‘That was my first love.’ ”

Cannon eventually moved on with a series of other partners, including Mariah Carey, and he is currently the proud father of 12 children with different women.
