Police launch urgent hunt for suspect after two 12-year-old schoolgirls were sexually assaulted on a bus
British police are chasing a man after two 12-year-old schoolgirls were sexually assaulted on a bus.
The two young girls were traveling on the bus in Bristol when a man sexually assaulted them by grabbing them, according to Mail Online.
The attack took place on city bus 48A in the Fishponds Road area heading towards Broadmead, around 7-7.30pm on Tuesday July 5.
Avon and Somerset Police have released a photo of the man they are trying to track down and identify following the incident.
The force said in a statement: ‘Do you recognize this man whom we want to identify as part of our investigations into a bus incident in Bristol?
“We continue to provide the victims, who were 12 at the time, with access to all the support they need.
“CCTV investigations have been conducted and officers investigating these cases are releasing an image of a man we want to speak to about these assaults.
“Witnesses or anyone who recognizes the man should call 101 and give the reference number 5222159882.”
