Police arrest 50-year-old man caught soiling 12-year-old woman

A 50-year-old man who was allegedly caught within the act of trying to desecrate a 12-year-old minor in Ihwagi village, Mathira East sub-county, Kenya, has been arrested by police.

The suspect was caught by the father or mother of the minor recognized as Dickson Weru who noticed him dragging him into his three-bedroom home.

Weru mentioned;

The person was arrested and brought to Karatina police station because the investigation continues.
