Peter Obi and Labor file petition asking permission to inspect documents and obtain certified copies of documents from INEC

Peter Obi and the Labor Party filed a petition in the Abuja Presidential Election Petition Court, asking for permission to inspect the documents and obtain certified copies of the documents in the custody of the INEC .

According to a document shared by lawyer Inibehe Effiong, the petition was filed on Thursday, March 2.

Recall that in his global press conference on Thursday, March 2, Labor Party presidential candidate Peter Obi said that he and his running mate, Datti Baba-Ahmed, won the February 25, 2023 general election and will go in court to “recover their mandate.”
