PDP Sheriff Oborevwori defeats Deputy Senate Speaker Omo-Agege to win Delta State gubernatorial election
The People’s Democratic Party candidate for the Delta State gubernatorial elections, Sheriff Oborevwori, has been declared the winner of the election.
According to the results announced by INEC State Returning Officer, Professor Georgewill Owunari, Oborevwori garnered a total of 360,234 votes to defeat the All Progressives Congress APC candidate, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, who got 240,229 while Labor Party candidate Kennedy Pela came a distant third with 48,047
