Man apprehended with three human skulls (video)
A middle-aged man named Rasaq was arrested with three human skulls.
He was apprehended on January 16 throughout a cease and search operation.
Based on him, he discovered the skulls in a gutter within the Ayobo axis of Lagos State and determined to take them for his private use.
