Kenya’s Youngest Pastor Victor Githu Responds To Claims Of Being A Conman

Child reverend Victor Githu has admitted that there are conmen in the Gospel ministry/industry in the name of preachers.Githu who speaking to Mungai Eve during the launch of Safara Gathimiti’s album referred to such preachers as mad men who departed from the kingdom of God adding that they have ruined the reputation of other preachers.

“I understand why people are saying this because in this ministry many people are corrupt, every market has a mad man. In this kingdom there are mad men because they departed from the kingdom of God and they became conmen so when people see preachers coming the only thing that hits their mind is ‘these are con men’,” the young preacher said.

Responding to those referring to him as a young conman, Githu said that he does not care what people call him.He further said that there is a difference between the preaching industry and preaching ministry and noted that he is in the ministry not industry.

“The reputation was destroyed by some people but I don’t care if they call me a con man or bad things, because I know they will slow me down but they can’t stop me. Others are in the preaching industry, that is where the difference is between preachers in the ministry and preachers in the industry and I am among those who are in the ministry actually I am the Cabinet Secretary of health in this ministry,” Githu said
