INEC suspends collection of election results in Enugu and Abia states
The Independent National Electoral Commission has suspended the collection of election results in Abia and Enugu states.
INEC suspended the collection of gubernatorial election results in Abia State following the invasion of its office in Obingwa by gunmen who were holding its officials hostage.
The Electoral Arbitrator has also suspended the collection of election results in Enugu State following calls to review results from two outstanding local government areas, namely Nkanu East and Nsukka.
