I will leave a safer Nigeria
President Muhammadu Buhari has promised to leave a safer country before stepping down in 2023.
Speaking at the launch of the Emblem Appeal for the Armed Forces Remembrance Day 2023 celebration at the Council Chamber of the Presidential Villa, Abuja on Wednesday, November 16, the President also announced a donation of 10 million naira to the appeal fund.
He called on all Nigerians, as well as businesses, to support veterans and families of fallen heroes, whose past sacrifices have kept the country together.
Praising the country’s armed forces for their efforts to make the country more secure, he assured the military of his administration’s continued support and needed funding for it to continue its efforts.
