Gunmen suspected of belonging to Fulani militias killed a clergyman of the Assemblies of God Church in Mangu Local Government Area, Plateau State.

One Patrick Joshua suffered life-threatening injuries and is currently receiving treatment at Vom Christian Hospital.
Confirming the attack, Hon. Adams Joshua, a councilor representing Jol ward in Riyom local government area, said the attack happened around 10 p.m. in Jol and Byei, when Fulani herders believed to be in large numbers invaded the community and opened fire. , killing two people and injuring one.
He said that after carrying out the bloody attack, the gunmen disappeared, leaving the community in pain.
