Flood-ravaged military base in Borno (photos)
A military base in Malam Fatori, northeast Borno state, was ravaged by floods.
Daily Trust shared photos from the base, adding that the flooding disaster has added to the harsh conditions soldiers are facing as they battle insurgents.
Malam Fatori is close to the Komadougou Yobe River and the shores of Lake Chad by Abadam. It shares a border with Chad and the Republic of Niger.
