FG indicts former terrorist negotiator Tukur Mamu

Ancient Terrorist negotiator, Tukur Mamu will be indicted today, March 21, by the federal government on a 10-count borderline charge of financing terrorism, among other charges.

Mamu will be brought before Judge Inyang Ekwo of the Federal High Court in Abuja, by the office of the Attorney General of the Federation (AGF) on behalf of the FG.

This comes after it was reported that Judge Nkeonye Maha of a sister court gave the green light to the Department of State Services (DSS) to detain the former terrorist negotiator for 60 days to allow him to conclude its investigation into the suspect who led the negotiation with the terrorists for the release of Abuja-Kaduna train passengers abducted in March 2022.
