Chelsea have agreed a tentative £29m cope with PSV Eindhoven to signal winger Noni Madueke.
Winger Madueke, 20, will full his transfer for the England Below-21 star on Friday.
Madueke began his youth profession at Crystal Palace earlier than transferring to Tottenham. He left Spurs in 2018 for PSV Eindhoven, establishing himself as a first-team common within the 2020-21 marketing campaign and scoring 9 objectives in 35 video games final time period.
The deal will take Chelsea’s spending on this window to £190m, having already spent £270m this summer time, and £460m since Todd Boehly took over the membership.
