Buhari forwards Constitutional Amendment Bill and others to Reps
The House of Representatives announced that it had received certain executive bills, including the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria Amendment Bill 2022, from President Muhammadu Buhari.
Speaker of the House, Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila read the letter by which the invoices were sent, on the floor of the green room on Monday, November 14.
The bills are: Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Budget Proposals 2023, Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) Budget Proposals 2023, Code of Conduct Bureau (CCB) and the Tribunal Bill 2022 as well as the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria Amendment Bill 2022.
After reading the letter, Gbajabiamila forwarded the letter to the relevant committees for consideration.
