Bandits release Abuja traditional ruler’s wife and son after collecting ransom of 2.5m Naira, food, hard drugs and energy drinks
The abducted wife and son of the traditional leader of Bukpe in the FCT’s Kwali Regional Council, HRH Alhaji Hassan Shamdozhi, have been released after seven weeks in captivity.

The monarch, who confirmed the release of his wife and one of his sons, said: “Now they demand another N3m to release one of my sons and two of my subjects who are in captivity.”
