Collier Gwin, a San Francisco artwork gallery proprietor who was filmed spraying a homeless lady with a hose, was arrested Wednesday night time Jan. 18 for the merciless act.

Gwin was taken into custody on a warrant and charged with assault in reference to the despicable incident on January 9 exterior his Foster Gwin Gallery.

Confirming his arrest, the district lawyer known as his actions “fully unacceptable”.
