Anne Heche Estate sued by woman whose home was destroyed in fatal car crash
A woman whose home was destroyed in a car accident that claimed actress Anne Heche’s life has filed a lawsuit against the Hollywood star’s estate.
The actress’ estate is being sued over her car accident in August by the woman who lived in the house where Anne crashed her Mini Cooper and started a huge fire.
Lynne Mishele said in the lawsuit that she was minding her business at home with her pets when Anne’s car suddenly drove inside, allegedly stopping a few feet from the woman, from his dogs and his tortoise.
TMZ reported that Lynne claims she is still traumatized by the incident, startled by loud noises, plagued by nightmares and flashbacks of the accident, terrified to walk outside, and has no d place to live.
She also alleged that the house and all of its belongings had been completely burned and destroyed as a result of Anne’s accident.
The lady also said Anne was driving erratically before crashing at her home.
Remember that the blood test showed that Anne had cocaine and fentanyl in her system at the time of the accident. The actress, who was stuck in her burning car for at least 45 minutes after the crash, was taken to hospital where she later died from smoke inhalation and burns.
Lynne seeks at least $2 million in damages from Anne’s estate.
