Actor Deyemi Okanlawon apologizes to LP contestant Thaddeus Attah after being trolled for writing an open letter to Attah asking him to explain who he is
Actor Deyemi Okanlawon has apologized to the House of Representatives-elect for Eti-Osa Federal Constituency Thaddeus Attah after writing an open letter asking Thaddeus to release his identity and pedigree .
Deyemi in his open letter, said he voted for PDP singer BankyW in the election and felt the singer was the best candidate for the job. The actor said Thaddeus was not well known to the public and he needed to come out and talk about him and educate everyone about his maifesto.
Many Nigerians felt his letter was condescending and trolled Deyemi accordingly. In a video he posted on his Instagram page, Deyemi apologized to Thaddeus for his letter, saying he shared the letter because he was a concerned citizen.
”After fans and a friend called me and messaged me and got me out of my feelings, I came to my senses and now I’m behaving like I was raised and I’m am addressed again to Mr. Thaddeus Attah @jt.atta with the same kindness and respect I would like anyone. I don’t know who sent me and my big nose to write an open letter, thinking I’m in a mindset acting as a younger Pa OBJ! ” he wrote
